Free 3GP to DVD Player Converter Lite is a free program that can convert 3GP files to AVI.
The program can convert any 3GP file (the usual format in portable devices and phones) to the AVI format, using the DivX or the MPEG4 codecs. This way, you can save the video files in a DVD, that can be played in any home DVD player. They will be saved under the NTSC norm, in a 720 x 480 size. For performing a conversion (this program converts just a file at a time), you will need to browse to the file you want to convert, and then choose the path and name for the converted file. Then, you can choose between the two available conversion profiles, and press the "Go!" button. After few seconds, the program will tell you that your file was correctly converted. You can check that in your destination folder. The interface also has three buttons on the top that will send you to the developers´ web site ("New version", "Website" and "Get other tools for free") and a direct access to a Google search, besides a banner with the legend "Find More". You can input a keyword there and press the "Search" button. The program will open a web page in your browser, showing you the found results.
